From June 2017 - September 2019, I worked as a Composites Build Reliability Engineer (BRE) at SpaceX in the Hawthorne facility. In that time, I worked on a number of products as a BRE, owning quality improvement processes for nearly every composite manufacturing workcenter for Falcon 9. These products include:

Payload Fairing 1.0
Payload Attachment Fitting (including Starlink Payload Attachment Fitting)
Lamination
Interstage
Stage 2 Extension
Aft Thermal Shield
mVac Skirt Support

In this role as a BRE, I led failure investigations, drove quality improvements, and standardized quality processes for numerous flight grade components on Block 4 and Block 5 Falcon 9 assemblies.
